4. Your Responsibilities

By using our platform you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ronkejegede.com — including the Cardinal AI Governance Maturity Model (CAGML), frameworks, methodologies, tool designs, and written content — is the intellectual property of Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Policy documents and compliance reports generated by our tools for your specific firm are yours to use within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own proprietary methodology.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our tools use the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
AI outputs should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before use
We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content
The regulatory landscape changes frequently and our tools may not reflect the most recent guidance

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on our tools' outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or £500 where no payment has been made.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep our platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of our platform for operational or maintenance reasons without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
