- Scanning your organisation's own documents for potential compliance gaps
- Accessing governance resources and intelligence briefings for professional development
- Booking consultation sessions with Cardinal AI Systems
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use our platform to:
- Submit confidential client data, privileged communications, or personal data belonging to individuals without their knowledge and appropriate legal basis
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate our tools, methodologies, or frameworks for commercial use
- Generate governance documents for organisations other than your own for resale without our written permission
- Test, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform or infrastructure
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access control features
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information to generate compliance reports
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through our platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our platform without our written consent
- Represent our AI-generated outputs as independently verified legal advice
3. Data You Submit
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to our tools:
- Does not include personal data belonging to identifiable individuals without appropriate lawful basis
- Does not include legally privileged communications belonging to clients without their consent
- Does not include information that is classified, confidential, or subject to regulatory restrictions on disclosure
- Is data that you have the right to submit for AI processing
We strongly advise anonymising or redacting any sensitive information before submitting documents to our tools.
4. Professional Responsibility
If you are a regulated professional (solicitor, barrister, compliance officer, or other regulated practitioner), you remain subject to your professional obligations and regulatory duties when using our platform. Our tools are designed to assist, not to substitute for, professional judgement.
You must independently verify all AI-generated outputs before using them for compliance or legal purposes. We accept no responsibility for regulatory outcomes arising from reliance on our outputs without independent professional review.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time and without notice where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. We may report breaches involving illegal activity to relevant authorities.
